Paytics offers two subscription tiers: Basic and Premium, available on a monthly or yearly basis. We strive to ensure that our services meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please review the following terms regarding refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
2.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies only to first-time subscribers and not to subscription renewals or upgrades.
2.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services as intended, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund. Proof of the issue and cooperation in troubleshooting may be required.
2.3 Duplicate Charges
In the event of accidental duplicate charges due to billing errors, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has lapsed.
- Failure to use the service or lack of usage.
- Requests made after subscription renewal dates.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions, resulting in account suspension or termination.
- Services purchased at a discounted rate during promotional periods.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your account details, including your registered email address and the reason for the refund request.
- Allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request and respond.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and can take up to 10 business days.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as outlined in this Refund Policy.
6.1 Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the billing period.
6.2 Yearly Subscriptions
If you cancel a yearly subscription after the 14-day money-back guarantee period, you will retain access to the services until the end of the subscription term. Refunds for yearly subscriptions will not be issued after the initial 14-day period.
7. Changes to Services and Fees
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, or change our fees at any time. If we make significant changes that adversely affect your use of the services, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional cases not covered above, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such refunds is at our sole discretion.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing issues.
10. Non-Transferability
Refunds, when issued, are made only to the original purchaser and method of payment. Refund rights are not transferable to other users or accounts.
